jump around, jump around

So I pulled (or compressed) something in my back yesterday during VBS. I was jumping. Yesterday the ibuprofen and heating pad seemed to the trick. This morning I wasn't sure I could get out of bed. Once I managed to get myself upright I headed to the computer to consult the "experts" and see if it was possibly anything serious. One of the top causes: old age. Ugh...I guess I've gotten a little old to be jumping around to "Who's that walking on the water?" It did slow me down today, but didn't completely stop me from bouncing a little. I refuse to let age bring me down. Although I do hear some more ibuprofen and the heating pad calling....
