And then there were four...

The sun is brightly shining into my house on this gorgeous leap day. And the sound of wind gusts and birds singing are coming through my open windows. And on the inside? Sounds of 23 month old giggles, 18 month old squeals, an almost 3 year old enjoying her snack and a three month old snoring sweetly...like only a three month old can. Yes, my house is overflowing with babies. Even I, who had 4 children in under 5 years, have never had this many, this young. We are finding our groove, learning patience and are all becoming very flexible with our wants. I am truly enjoying my job. We are learning our alphabet and where all our body parts are (well, probably not all our body parts). We've been singing (only a little as my voice has also decided to give out this week) and reading. And we all enjoy our quiet time in the afternoon. I've managed to have them all asleep at the same time for at least an hour each day this week. Nothing can make you feel like a very accomplished babysitter as that! Of course, if I put that on my resume I am sure I would get funny looks, but I know all moms can appreciate that. Time to clean up from snack time...
