Lesson of the day...
if you are potty training a two year (will be 3 in 1 1/2 months) and you tell him to go to the bathroom and go poop, you need to be sure to tell him that he needs to sit on the potty to do it. ("You said to go to the bathroom mom...")
Here's one I learned the hard way that might save you another mess. Before you tell your potty training child to "hold it", make sure they know what you mean by the phrase. I learned that one on our #4. Thought it might come in handy since you're training #4. :)
