A sure sign....
that I'm committed to counting my calories this time around: I said "no" to an offer of M&M's earlier today. I LOVE M&M's--this was a big deal! The last time I said "no" to someone offering me M&M's was when I lost 50 pounds so here's hoping...
YOU GO GIRL!! i need to go to CAA...cookie addicts anonymous. =) All the baby weight is off, but I will probably gain weight when Lydia stops nursing (she's been my license to PIG.) =)
