What a difference a year makes. That was the last time I posted about one of the girls' haircuts. Ashley announced afterschool on Wednesday that she wanted her hair cut very short and Sara informed me--again--that she didn't want any length taken off of hers. And both made it very clear that they want their bangs to grow out. So here are the results:
